EngageMED, a healthcare support system, filed notice of data breach. They recognized that an authorized part was able to access the company's IT network. “We had a patient present with a fracture of her foot. The debate in the office is the ICD-10-CM definition of “subsequent care” as it refers to trauma. We saw the patient, diagnosed a fracture and chose to treat the fracture with conservative care.
