October 2nd, 2026 - EAK Distribution of Casper, WY is recalling HOME GROWN Green Sprouting Calabrese Broccoli Seeds, 8 oz, Heirloom, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis.

Flowers Foods Issues Recall of Nature’s Own Hawaiian Bread Due to Undeclared Milk
THOMASVILLE, GA., October 2, 2026 – Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE: FLO) is recalling Nature’s Own® Hawaiian Bread, 20 oz. and 40 oz. bags, due to undeclared milk. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk may run the risk of an allergic reaction if they consume this product.
The product being recalled was distributed to retail customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Following is information about the product involved in the recall. People allergic to milk should not consume this product if the “Best if used by” date, UPC and/or Product Code below are printed on the package.

Frutas y Hortalizas del Sur S.A., San Carlos, Chile expands its previously initiated recalls on July 3, 2026 and September 3,2026 recall of frozen organic IQF blueberries and berry blends to include additional lots of Great Value frozen Organic Triple Berry Blend 10 OZ, Great Value frozen Organic Blueberries 10 OZ and one Lot of Trader Joe’s frozen Organic Mixed Berry Blend because of potential contamination with Escherichia coli O145:H28 (E. coli O145).
E. coli O145 is a Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) that can cause illness characterized by severe stomach cramps, diarrhea (which may be bloody), and vomiting. While most healthy individuals recover within a week, some infections may result in a serious complication known as hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), particularly in young children, older adults, and individuals with weakened immune systems.

Gias Foods of New York, NY is recalling all lot codes of bettergoods Authentic Italian Lemon Alfredo Fettuccine, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria monocytogenes infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
The Authentic Italian Lemon Alfredo Fettuccine was distributed nationwide at Walmart stores.
No illnesses have been reported to date.

Risk Statement: There is reasonable probability that injectable products with elevated endotoxin levels could cause significant medical events including fevers, hypotension, inflammatory reactions, anaphylactic shock and death. To date, Greenwich Rx has received two reports involving patients who received emergency department care following intravenous (IV) administration of a glutathione product that was not formulated for IV use.

Cincinnati, Ohio October 1, 2026. Saint Francis Apizza LLC is issuing a voluntary recall on their frozen pizzas for misbranding due to the soy allergen not being declared on the label. The frozen pizzas were sold in ‘Pepperoni,’ ‘Plain Cheese,’ ‘Supreme,’ and ‘Mushroom and Onion’ varieties.
There have been no reports of illness involving the products addressed in this recall, however, people who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy run the risk of a serious or lifethreatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. Individuals exhibiting signs or symptoms of an allergic reaction should contact a physician immediately.

Sierra Nevada Cheese Company Recalls Graziers Raw Milk Cheese Because of Possible Health Risk
Sierra Nevada Cheese Company of Willows, California, is voluntarily recalling all Graziers Raw Milk Cheese currently in the market because due to potential contamination with Escherichia coli O26:H11 (E. coli O26:H11).
E. coli O26:H11 is a Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. E. coli O26:H11 can cause acute diarrheal illness (often with bloody stools) within a few days of ingestion of the bacteria. Most people recover within a week. However, a subset of infected individuals (especially children under 5 years of age, the elderly, and immunocompromised individuals) may develop Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (HUS), a severe illness characterized by hemolytic anemia (red cell breakdown), thrombocytopenia (low platelet count) and renal failure. HUS can lead to death.

- WinCo Foods Salsa Bean Dip Tray, 16 Inch Catering Tray(by special order only) with UPC 2-67240-##### with a net weight of 104oz.
The affected peperoncini may have been used as an ingredient on the bean dip trays with “Best If Used By” dates of Aug. 14, 2026 through Sept. 25, 2026.
Product was distributed in WinCo Foods retail stores in AZ, CA, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, and WA.
