FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – 9/9/2026 – Houston, Texas, Centric Compounding is voluntarily recalling 6 lots of Glutathione 200mg/mL, Myer’s Cocktail, and Tri-Immune Boost injectable vials to the consumer level. The products have been found to be compounded with a Glutathione API containing elevated endotoxin levels.
Risk Statement: There is reasonable probability that injectable products with elevated endotoxin levels could cause significant medical events including fevers, hypotension, inflammatory reactions, anaphylactic shock and death. Centric Compounding has received 9 reports of fever, chills, chest pain, nausea/vomiting, headache, and/or malaise.

Evergreen Fresh Sprouts LLC Recalls Broccoli Sprouts Because of Possible Health Risk
09/10/2026, Evergreen Fresh Sprouts LLC of Moyie Springs, IDAHO is recalling 215 cases (6/4oz bags per case) of Broccoli Sprouts, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis.
The Broccoli Sprouts were delivered to three distributors in WA between 8/24/26 and 9/2/26, and product may have been further distributed and sold in retail stores to consumers in ID, MT, and WA.

Whole Foods Market of Austin, TX is recalling Fromagerie Coop de Mean Cabricharme cheese because the product contains egg lysozyme, an egg white protein, which is not declared on the product label. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to eggs run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
The cheese was sold in the Specialty cheese department at 18 Whole Foods Market stores in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island.
