Dwater recalls Purity Products Dietary Supplement for bladder support
Plainview, NY. October 27, 2025— Purity Products is announcing a recall of one lot of its dietary supplement MyBladder because it has the potential to be contaminated with Escherichia coli O7:K1 and 1303. The presence of these E. coli strains may pose a risk for gastrointestinal or other infections, particularly in vulnerable individuals such as neonates, young children, older adults, and those with weakened immune systems. The recall is being conducted as a precaution to protect all consumers and uphold product safety.
MyBladder was distributed in the U.S. through direct delivery to consumers, through the Walmart and Amazon websites.
The product comes in a white HDPE bottle with a white cap. The bottle size is 150 CC. The net contents in 60 clear capsules containing brown powder. The affected lot is number 03042517.

E.A. Sween Company Announces Product Recall Due to Choking Hazard
E.A. Sween Company announced the recall of one of its products, due to the potential presence of foreign particles (plastic) within the product.
Affected product involves the Deli Express® BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich (UPC 0-41433-13087-2). The affected lot codes are identified in the table below.
Retailers have been instructed to remove affected products from store shelves and inventory immediately. Customer partners with questions are asked to call E.A. Sween Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at 1-800-328-8184 and select #2 for further information.
Hampton Farms recalls Hampton Farms Mixed Nuts
SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Sept. 26, 2025, Hampton Farms is recalling Mixed Nuts Roasted Unsalted 8 oz. lot 23025 UPC 8 10111 02237 8 and Mixed Nuts Roasted and Salted 8oz. lot 23825 UPC 8 10111 02236 1 due to an undeclared hazelnut allergen. While hazelnuts are listed in the ingredient statement, they are not included in the allergen warning statement. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to hazelnuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
On September 15, 2025, the firm discovered through routine paperwork review that the label failed to include the allergen (hazelnuts) in the allergen warning statement.
No illnesses have been reported to date.

E. coli O103 is an organism that can cause severe abdominal cramps, bloody diarrhea, and vomiting, with symptoms typically appearing 1-10 days after exposure. It can lead to Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (HUS), a life-threatening condition that causes kidney failure, particularly dangerous in young children, elderly individuals, and immunocompromised persons. The condition can lead to serious kidney damage and potentially fatal complications.
