Flibanserin is the active ingredient in an FDA-approved prescription drug used to treat low sexual desire in women. Flibanserin can cause drowsiness, sedation, and dangerously low blood pressure and fainting, especially when combined with alcohol.

May/8/2026- Jackson, WI, Pharmacal is recalling one lot of MG217 Multi-symptom Treatment Cream & Skin Protectant Eczema Cream, 6oz tube to the consumer level. The product has been found to be contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus.
Risk Statement: Use of the product could result in a range of infections from localized to severe or life-threatening adverse events. Patients with weakened immune systems or compromised skin — such as those with wounds, burns, or skin disorders — are at increased risk for serious infections, including skin and skin structure infections, infective endocarditis (infection of the heart valves), bone and joint infections, bloodstream infections, and life-threatening conditions like sepsis and septic shock. To date, Pharmacal has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE MUMBAI, INDIA and PRINCETON, NJ - May 13, 2026 – Sun Pharma is voluntarily recalling within the U.S. to the hospital/user level, one batch of DOXOrubicin Hydrochloride Liposome Injection 50mg/25 mL, Lot # HAG2581B, Expiration 05/2027 (675 vials). The single batch of 675 vials is being recalled due to the detection of glass particles in some vials during production.
If glass particles are administered intravenously, they may pose a risk to patient safety including local irritation or swelling in response to the foreign material. More serious potential risks could include blockage of blood vessels and life-threatening blood clot events. To date, Sun Pharma has not received any reports of adverse events related to this batch. Sun Pharma has thoroughly investigated the source of the problem and has taken corrective and preventative actions.

(MP) is a more potent derivative of Mitragynine, or Kratom. Consumption of MP can produce undesirable effects such as nausea, vomiting, rapid heart rate (tachycardia), palpitations, hallucinations, sedation, anxiety, and loss of consciousness. It can also fatally suppress the respiratory system. Consumption of Mitragynine, especially MP, often causes addiction with severe opioid withdrawal symptoms. Consumption of products that contain Mitragynine or MP, especially in the context of concomitant use of other drugs (prescribed or illicit), could result in other severe or fatal physiological effects.

Blackstone’s action is based on a California Dairies, Inc. recall of dry milk powder due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected milk powder ingredient was supplied to a third-party manufacturer and used in the seasoning product. No illnesses have been reported to date.
Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. The enoki mushrooms were distributed to Texas and Florida States where the product was distributed to local wholesalers. The product is sold in a plastic 150g bag with the brand name HH Fresh Trading.

May 14, 2026; Petaluma, CA; — Straus Family Creamery is voluntarily recalling a small number of production runs of select flavors and sizes of its Organic Ice Cream due to the potential presence of metal foreign material. Only the production runs (noted by the “best by” date on package) specified later in this release are impacted. These lots were distributed to retailers in seventeen states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TX, WA, WI) and on shelves beginning May 4.
The FDA has been informed of this voluntary recall, and Straus Family Creamery is working with retailers to remove the potentially affected products from shelves.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA – May 15, 2026 — Sugar Foods LLC is recalling certain lots of Kroger Homestyle Cheese Garlic Croutons, 5oz pouches, UPC 0 11110 81353 4 due to the potential for Salmonella contamination associated with milk powder used as an ingredient in the product. Salmonella is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella may experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis, and arthritis.
The affected milk powder was supplied by California Dairies, Inc. to our seasoning supplier, Solina USA, and incorporated into the seasoning blend that Sugar Foods purchases from Solina USA and applies to the croutons. The affected seasoning batches tested negative for Salmonella prior to use.
This action follows a third-party supplier-initiated recall by California Dairies, Inc. due to concerns regarding potential Salmonella contamination in milk powder. Out of an abundance of caution, and because this milk powder was used in a seasoning ingredient supplied to Sugar Foods, the company is initiating this recall. Sugar Foods is recalling this product based on the ingredient supplier’s recall.

Terra Medi LLC of Long Island City, NY is recalling all of the imported Hellas Meze Golden Smoked Whole herring vacuum packaged because of improper evisceration of the fish. The sale of uneviscerated fish is prohibited under New York State Agriculture and Markets regulation because Clostridium Botulinum spores are more likely to be concentrated in the viscera than any other portion of the fish. Uneviscerated fish has been linked to outbreaks of botulism poisoning. Symptoms of botulism include dizziness, blurred or double vision and trouble with speaking or swallowing. Difficult in breathing, weakness of other muscles, abdominal distention and constipation may also be common symptoms. People experiencing these problems should seek immediate medical attention.
The product was distributed to MA, NJ, IL, and NY to retail stores and wholesale distributors.
The product is a single whole smoked herring visible through plastic vacuum packaging, refrigerated, and has a production date of 4/12/2025, best before 4/12/2026, L120425F54.
