529 Commerce LLC Recalls Rooted in Rare brand Aquafaba Powder due to Undeclared Eggs
529 Commerce, LLC of Parkland, Florida is recalling 3,860 units of its 4oz and 12 oz packages of its Rooted in Rare brand Aquafaba Powder because the product may contain undeclared egg. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products.
The recalled Rooted in Rare brand Aquafaba Powder was distributed through Amazon.com and direct to customers nationwide between June 2025 and July 2026 via our website www.rootedinrare.com.
The recalled Rooted in Rare brand Aquafaba powder is packaged in 4oz (113g) and (12 oz (340g) flexible foil pouches with UPC #199284530959 (4oz) and #199284306226 (12oz). The following “best buy” dates are included in the recall, which are printed on a sticker and placed on the back bottom left of the product package.
Becton, Dickinson and Company recalls BD Intraosseous Vascular Access System Needle Sets
FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. (July 31, 2026) – BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is voluntarily recalling specific lots of BD® Intraosseous Vascular Access System Needle Sets to the user level. These products are being recalled following reports that some users experienced difficulty removing the obturator (stylet) after placement of the needle set. Based on complaint reports, bench testing completed by BD and clinical observations, this may occur if the drill is not pulled straight back during insertion or if the obturator is incorrectly rotated during removal.
The affected lots were manufactured with out of tolerance dimensions and distributed between September 30, 2024, and June 12, 2026. This recall does not affect the BD® Intraosseous Powered Driver.

Boticelli Foods of Melville NY, is recalling 1 lot of bettergoods Pistachio Nut Butter, NET WT 6.7oz (190g), UPC 194346207961, Lot LB028ACP04, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis, and arthritis.
Product was manufactured by Gustibus Alimentari Srl of Assoro, Italy, imported by Botticelli, and distributed exclusively by Walmart Inc. of Bentonville, Arkansas. The product was distributed to Walmart retail stores in the following 19 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Washington, and Wyoming.

ARLINGTON, VA – JULY 31, 2026 – Lidl US is expanding its July 24, 2026 recall of Eridanous Shortbread Cookies to include all units with a foreign language ingredients and nutrition facts panel for the following products:
- Eridanous Shortbread Cookies with Chocolate Truffle Coating & Apricot Filling - 11.6 oz (330 g) box (UPC 4056489125839)
- Eridanous Shortbread Cookies with Apricot Filling and Cocoa Topping with Coconut Sprinkles - 11.6 oz (330 g) box (UPC 4056489125846)
Both of these products were distributed with foreign language packaging and failed to include English ingredient lists, nutrition facts panels, or required allergen declarations. People who have an allergy or sensitivity to wheat, soy, milk, egg, or tree nut (coconut) run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products.
The products were distributed between 07/15/2026 - 07/28/2026 to all Lidl US retail store locations in Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.
No illnesses have been reported to date.

Liebel-Flarsheim Company, LLC recalls OPTIRAY Imaging Bulk Package (IBP) 350, 500mL in vial (Ioversol Injection 74% 350 mg iodine/ml)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – July 31, 2026 – Raleigh, North Carolina, Liebel-Flarsheim Company, LLC, is recalling one lot of OPTIRAY Imaging Bulk Package (IBP) 350, 500mL in vial, (Ioversol Injection 74% 350 mg iodine/ml) for intra-arterial or intra-venous use to the user level (hospitals, imaging centers, healthcare facilities and clinics, and other potential users of the product) due to the presence of particulate matter comprising polyethylene and other plastic materials, stainless steel and glass.
Risk Statement: The administration of an injectable product containing particulate matter may result in local irritation or swelling. More serious risks in compromised patients include serious life-threatening events such as blockage of blood vessels and blood clots. To date, Liebel-Flarsheim Company, LLC, has not received any reports of adverse events related to this issue.
The product is used as a radiographic contrast agent.
Publix recalls GreenWise Organic IQF Frozen Blueberries and Whole Mixed Berries, 10 oz and 48 oz
LAKELAND, Fla., July 29, 2026 — Publix is recalling all lots of GreenWise Organic Whole Blueberries and Whole Mixed Berries because they may be contaminated with Escherichia coli O145:H28 (E. coli O145). E. coli O145 is a Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) that can cause illness characterized by severe stomach cramps, diarrhea (which may be bloody) and vomiting. While most healthy individuals recover within a week, some infections may result in a serious complication known as hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), particularly in young children, older adults and individuals with weakened immune systems.
The recalled product was shipped to Publix retail stores throughout 8 states including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. As of the end of June 2026, Publix immediately conducted an internal stop sale of frozen GreenWise Organic Whole Blueberries and Whole Mixed Berries. These products remain unavailable for sale.

Ukrop's Homestyle Foods, LLC, Announces Voluntary Recall of Six Products
Richmond, VA – Ukrop's Homestyle Foods, LLC today is voluntarily recalling six of its products due to the potential presence of a foreign object.
During a routine review, a small sliver of aluminum was discovered in the baking pan used to prepare six of its products. A similar metal fragment was also identified in a Chicken Cobbler product yesterday.
Out of an abundance of caution, Ukrop's is recalling all products listed below that were prepared using similar baking pans. While no injuries have been reported, consumer safety remains our highest priority.
The baking pan supplier has been notified and has initiated actions to remove all potentially affected pan lots from distribution.
