Handelnine Global Limited d/b/a Navafresh recalls Virgo Rheumacare Capsules
Handelnine Global Limited d/b/a Navafresh is voluntarily recalling Lot Numbers CAM040 & CALO79-N of Rheumacare Capsules by Virgo UAP Pharma Pvt. Ltd. (Virgo) to the consumer level. In test conducted by the Food and Drug Administration the product has been found to contain lead at levels up to 11,100 ppm, which are higher than permissible levels.
Risk Statement: The product potentially could result in public health risk. Sustained exposure of elevated levels of lead poses increased potential toxicological risks to consumers to include cognitive impairment, depression, nausea and abdominal pain, motor incoordination, and peripheral neuropathy (loss of muscle control). Prolonged exposure has also been linked to the development of anemia. From a reproductive health standpoint, chronic lead exposure has been correlated with increased risk of miscarriage in females and reduced fertility in males. Acute toxicity of lead poisoning could lead to abdominal pain/colic, vomiting, constipation, peripheral neuropathy, and cerebral edema and encephalopathy, which can lead to seizures, coma, and death. To date, Handelnine Global Limited has received one adverse event complaint related to this recall.

Olympus Announces Voluntary Corrective Action for the Single-Use Ligating Device
Center Valley, Pa., (December 5, 2025)-Olympus Corporation today announced a voluntary medical device corrective action for its Single-Use Ligating Device ("Polyloop") following identification of a potential safety issue.
The Polyloop device is designed for use with Olympus endoscopes to deliver a nylon loop snare intended to prevent or control bleeding following polypectomy of pedunculated polyps.
Olympus took this action after receiving adverse event reports indicating that the Polyloop may fail to release or detach as expected during use, resulting in the loop becoming unintentionally anchored around patient anatomy. No deaths have been reported.

A.S.K. Foods, LLC of Palmyra, PA is recalling select 32 oz. containers of Publix Rice & Pigeon Peas because it contains undeclared soy. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
The recalled Publix Rice & Pigeon Peas was only sold at Publix stores in Florida.
The recalled Publix Rice & Pigeon Peas was packaged in a plastic tray where the top label indicates Publix Rice & Pigeon Peas, Net Wt. 32 OZ (2 LB) 907, the bottom label has CAVATAPPI PASTA as the first ingredient and has a code on the lid of “5387-4”, “5387-5” or “5387-6”.
No illnesses have been reported to date.

Boss Dairy Farms Voluntarily Recalls Retail Mild Cheddar Cheese Because Of Possible Health Risk
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: December 17, 2025 – Boss Dairy Farms is voluntarily recalling one retail lot of Charlevoix Cheese Company 8oz Mild Cheddar Cheese because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometime fatal health issues in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headaches, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, listeria infection can cause miscarriages and still births among women.
Product was distributed in Michigan only through retail stores.
The recalled product (Brand Name: Charlevoix Cheese Company) comes in an 8oz block in clear plastic packaging with UPC 850056642057. It is marked on the back with lot number 13220025 and a best by date of 10/20/26.
No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
Direct Source Seafood LLC recalls Market 32 and Waterfront Bistro Frozen Raw Shrimp
December 19, 2025, Direct Source Seafood LLC, Bellevue, WA, is recalling approximately 83,800 bags of frozen raw shrimp, imported from Indonesia, sold under the Market 32 and Waterfront Bistro brands because they may have been prepared, packed, or held under insanitary conditions whereby they may have become contaminated with cesium-137 (Cs-137).
Cs-137 is a man-made radioisotope of cesium. Traces of Cs-137 are widespread and can be present in the environment at background levels, and at higher levels in water or foods grown, raised, or produced in areas with environmental contamination. The primary health effect of concern following longer term, repeated low dose exposure (e.g., through consumption of contaminated food or water over time) is an elevated risk of cancer, resulting from damage to DNA within living cells of the body.

We have received a report of one adverse allergic event related to the consumption of Fran’s Pure Bar Almondmilk Chocolate 46% Madagascar Plant-Based. No reports of illness or death have been reported on other Fran’s products to date.

The recalled product was distributed to H-E-B and shipped on November 24, 2025, through H-E-B distribution centers and retail grocery stores in Texas.
The recalled product was sold by H-E-B packaged in 5.3 oz plastic yogurt cups with foil lids, with a Best By date of January 2, 2026, (Best By: 01/02/26) printed on the bottom of the cup.

Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
Product was distributed by Primavera Nueva Inc. in California and Nevada to retail stores.
No other Primavera Nueva products are affected.

The James Skinner LLC recalls Publix Raspberry Coffee Cake
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – December 10, 2025 – The James Skinner LLC is conducting a voluntary recall of a single lot of Publix Maple Walnut Coffee Cake as the wrong ingredient label was applied to the packaging on certain units. Product was packaged in cases with Maple Walnut Coffee Cake labels but then inadvertently individually labeled as Publix Raspberry Coffee Cake. The Raspberry Coffee Cake label declares “PROCESSED ON EQUIPMENT THAT ALSO PROCESSES ALMONDS, PECANS AND WALNUTS” but does not include walnuts in the ingredient list.
Observable through the clear lid, the product has visible walnuts on top of the cake and brown maple topping, whereas Raspberry Coffee Cake has no walnuts on top and red topping. The issue was discovered by a retail store employee who observed the visible walnuts on top of the product and noticed that the product had a Raspberry Coffee Cake label instead of a Maple Walnut Coffee Cake label.
The product may represent a serious or life-threatening health risk to people with a walnut allergy if they consume the impacted product.
